In 2015 I designed, built and launched the company website for Redii, an employee recognition and reward SaaS provider based in Sydney, Australia. Working in partnership with the CEO and Sales Team, I designed the information architecture, configured the content management system, optimised content for search engines, redesigned the page layouts, and designed custom images for each page.
I led a project to redesign and rewrite the The University of Sydney’s Student IT support website to make it easier for students to access information about the technology services available. I redesigned the information architecture and homepage, rewrote support documentation (which involved researching and testing instructions as well as creating a style guide), and implemented the communications and marketing plan for the launch of the new website. The project led to an increase in students “self-serving” as support information for common topics (e.g. resetting account passwords and accessing wifi) was easier to find, which meant a decrease in unnecessary calls to the IT call centre.
