As a writer and creative consultant, my mission is to help you communicate more effectively. Whether we’re promoting a product, engaging a prospective client, answering a customer enquiry or simply ordering a cup of coffee, words are our most powerful tool.
What’s more, words are free, available and ready to use.
My intention is to bring greater clarity and consistency to the words that you use to write and speak, and help your customers understand the brand and navigate through your offering more easily.

If you want to communicate effectively, you need to have a good understanding of why you do what you do, and how this meets the needs of the people you’re offering your services to. During my brand workshops we will identify your company vision, mission, audience / customer profiles, and work together to develop your brand principles and personality, and tone of voice guidelines. I can also develop templates so you achieve consistency in your company’s day-to-day written and spoken communication and marketing material.
Lost for words? That’s where I come in! Finding the right words that attract your customers and inspire action can be daunting. Whether it’s for your website, your product packaging or your next marketing campaign, I can work with you to find the words that will engage your audience, tell your story, and excite them to buy!
E-books / book production
One of the most effective ways to create a following is to help your customers them solve a problem or educate them in an area of interest that you are already an expert in. Making this information available on your website is a great way to attract prospective customers and build your lead or subscriber database. I produce e-books or lead magnets from start to finish – from conducting the research and interviews, writing quality content, and designing and publishing the e-book in a downloadable format.
Guest or ghost-written blog posts
Blogs need fresh content to keep your readers coming back for more but blogging often falls to the bottom of the priority list if you’re already swamped with other things to do for your business. Whether your blog needs one-off or regular contributions, or you simply want someone to help you articulate your ideas in a series of coherent and shareable posts, I can help.
For over eight years I have built my own custom WordPress websites to host personal blogs and company websites. I can work with you to design a custom WordPress website that brings your brand to life and provides a positive user experience to maximise conversion and generate your business new leads. My sites are hosted on WP Engine, with daily backups and a staging environment to ensure changes are tested before they go live. My services include initial site design and build using StudioPress themes, website copywriting, developing a digital marketing plan, and monthly technical maintenance.
